Wyatt has a great talk with the multi-faceted Dominic Santos. Their experience in many different jobs across over 70 productions have led to their perspective on the responsibility of producers and theatrical institutions to look inward and make positive change in policy AND practice. This was on display in full force when they directed/choreographed the recent (and AMAZING) production of "The Color Purple" at Wilmington Drama League.
